All our products are custom-made to order by our specialist print partners.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@alphabetroom.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@alphabetroom.co.uk within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issues

As all items are custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, images, and size charts carefully before ordering.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) and (e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized items.
