FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship worldwide? Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will my order take to arrive? UK orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days. International orders vary by destination but generally take 10-14 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

What sizes are available? Our posters and prints are available in multiple sizes. Please check individual product listings for available sizes as these vary by product.

Are the posters framed? Unless stated otherwise in the listing, posters are unframed. We do offer selected framed options — please check individual product listings for details.

Please note that framed prints are currently only available for delivery to the UK, EU, United States and Australia.

Can I cancel or change my order? In some circumstances changes can be made to orders which have just been placed — please reply to your order confirmation email to discuss. Unfortunately as all products are custom-made to order we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.

What is your returns policy? As all products are custom-made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at hello@alphabetroom.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at hello@alphabetroom.co.uk within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate straight away.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Who designs your prints? All designs are original illustrations created by Matthew, a Jersey-based illustrator and father. Every print is designed with curious, imaginative children in mind — made to spark questions, start conversations and bring genuine personality to any child's room.

Can I use your designs commercially? No — all designs are © AlphabetRoom and are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale or redistribution of any AlphabetRoom design is strictly prohibited.
